This week has felt like this!!

It has been a roller coaster of week. I am so proud of your hard and dedication. It has been (and continues!) be a fun Marching Season.

Your show was a real crowd pleaser with an upbeat tempo!! The crowd gave you much applause.

This video shows our band with Canyon doing a whirl wind of ride on a roller coaster!

Things may slow down for a bit, but I am looking forward to your Thriller Show!!

I heard from Terence's Mom!!

Terence Wilburn's Mom - just returned my call. We know them through Allstate - customers of ours.

A couple of weeks ago, I posted their picture on the blog.

Anyway, Terence will be OK. He should be at school on Monday with a neck brace. He suffered a "singer." Tests are still being run, but so far all is well.

I have created a card for us to sign. Many signed it on Saturday during the Chicken BBQ. The card will be at school on Monday and I will get it to him.

The mother wanted to express thanks for the prayers and concern for her son.

I am getting so excited for next week. I am trying hard to keep cool, but you can do great things during UIL competition next week. (I wanta go to State!!!) Mr. Rushfeldt, when was the last time the marching band made it to state???
